What’s Costumer Privacy..?




In doing business online and offline in a company, we will be a relationship with customers or buyers who interact with our company in business. If there are trade links and transactions, surely there will be a lot of consumer information that we need. As a company, we need customer data base that can help companies to interact and establish relationships with customers. Lots of customer or buyer privacy information we have. For that, as a company is very important to maintain consumer privacy.

A.    Definition of Customer Privacy


Customer privacy is important for companies to keep building good relationships with customers. for that, as a company, we must know what is customer privacy. Consumer privacy, also known as customer privacy, involves the handling and protection of sensitive personal information that individuals provide in the course of everyday transactions. As the internet has evolved into a medium of commerce, consumer data privacy is a growing concern.

B.     Purpose of Customer Privacy

Ø  Easily delivery of product information


We need to know, information about customer privacy is important. By knowing the privacy of our customers, we are secretly able to know what consumers want. Not only that, the privacy of the customer is able to facilitate the company to be able to provide and share information about the products offered by the company in order to be easily accepted by the customer.

Ø  Can Get to Know the Costumer
Customer privacy is just as much as the customer data base. Typing us as a company has our customer data base information, then we are able to find out what our customers need and the product criteria they need. That way, the company will be able to produce products that our customers need so as to establish a good relationship with customers.

Ø  Receive Advice and Criticism from Customers
Customer privacy information is required by the company in order to better provide the services and information that customers need and for which the company uses the customer's personal information to:
- Answer questions and / or requests that customers post.
- Manage or perform our obligations in relation to the Agreement 
  anything between the company and the customer,
- Anticipates and resolves the issues related to the product that the
  company is offering.
Monitoring the transactions that customers make with the company
      - Recording all information from customers' computers and browsers,
         including IP address information, software and hardware attributes, and
         the pages the company is requesting.

Using customer information to adapt ads and content to be displayed by the company and conduct research to improve customer service.

Customer privacy helps the company to run its business. And customer privacy are also able to help customers get information about the products that a company has to offer. However, as a customer or a consumer, must be careful in providing personal information regarding the privacy of information. As a good customer, must also pay attention to the company before providing our personal information. The company must also be able to maintain customer privacy in order to be trusted and customer relationships can be maintained for long periods of time.

What Is An Advertisement


A.    Definition of Advertisement
Advertisement are information that contains many viewers or many people who are interested in the goods or services offered. In other words, advertising tells a lot of people about goods and services sold, installed in mass media such as taps and magazines or in public places. In general, the advertisement is the presentation of nonpersonal information about a product, brand, company, or store that is executed with certain cost compensation. Therefore, advertising is a communication process that has the purpose of persuading or attracting people to take action that benefits the party who created the ad.

B.     The Characteristics of Advertisement
There are some traits of advertising that we usually see in advertising media, namely:
·         Communicative
·         Informative
·         The language is easily understood and remembered by the people
·         Interesting and inviting viewers / readers to buy / use the goods or services that have been advertised

C.    Terms of Advertisement
As for some requirements required, in order to be said as a good ad and true:
  • ·         The word and language are orderly and have no double interpretation.
  • ·         The language used is interesting and easily remembered by the community.
  • ·         Should not undermine or derogate similar products from other companies.
  • ·         Can not lie, must be what it is.
  • ·         Ads should be made with regard to grammar, ethics, courtesy, target markets, and so on.
