In doing business online and offline in a company, we will be a relationship with customers or buyers who interact with our company in business. If there are trade links and transactions, surely there will be a lot of consumer information that we need. As a company, we need customer data base that can help companies to interact and establish relationships with customers. Lots of customer or buyer privacy information we have. For that, as a company is very important to maintain consumer privacy.

A.    Definition of Customer Privacy

Customer privacy is important for companies to keep building good relationships with customers. for that, as a company, we must know what is customer privacy. Consumer privacy, also known as customer privacy, involves the handling and protection of sensitive personal information that individuals provide in the course of everyday transactions. As the internet has evolved into a medium of commerce, consumer data privacy is a growing concern.

B.     Purpose of Customer Privacy

Ø  Easily delivery of product information

We need to know, information about customer privacy is important. By knowing the privacy of our customers, we are secretly able to know what consumers want. Not only that, the privacy of the customer is able to facilitate the company to be able to provide and share information about the products offered by the company in order to be easily accepted by the customer.

Ø  Can Get to Know the Costumer

Customer privacy is just as much as the customer data base. Typing us as a company has our customer data base information, then we are able to find out what our customers need and the product criteria they need. That way, the company will be able to produce products that our customers need so as to establish a good relationship with customers.

Ø  Receive Advice and Criticism from Customers

Customer privacy information is required by the company in order to better provide the services and information that customers need and for which the company uses the customer's personal information to:

- Answer questions and / or requests that customers post.

- Manage or perform our obligations in relation to the Agreement 

  anything between the company and the customer,

- Anticipates and resolves the issues related to the product that the

  company is offering.

- Monitoring the transactions that customers make with the company

      - Recording all information from customers' computers and browsers,

         including IP address information, software and hardware attributes, and

         the pages the company is requesting.

Using customer information to adapt ads and content to be displayed by the company and conduct research to improve customer service.

Customer privacy helps the company to run its business. And customer privacy are also able to help customers get information about the products that a company has to offer. However, as a customer or a consumer, must be careful in providing personal information regarding the privacy of information. As a good customer, must also pay attention to the company before providing our personal information. The company must also be able to maintain customer privacy in order to be trusted and customer relationships can be maintained for long periods of time.

A.    Definition of Advertisement

Advertisement are information that contains many viewers or many people who are interested in the goods or services offered. In other words, advertising tells a lot of people about goods and services sold, installed in mass media such as taps and magazines or in public places. In general, the advertisement is the presentation of nonpersonal information about a product, brand, company, or store that is executed with certain cost compensation. Therefore, advertising is a communication process that has the purpose of persuading or attracting people to take action that benefits the party who created the ad.

B.     The Characteristics of Advertisement

There are some traits of advertising that we usually see in advertising media, namely:

·         Informative

·         The language is easily understood and remembered by the people

·         Interesting and inviting viewers / readers to buy / use the goods or services that have been advertised

C.    Terms of Advertisement

As for some requirements required, in order to be said as a good ad and true:

• ·         The word and language are orderly and have no double interpretation.
• ·         The language used is interesting and easily remembered by the community.
• ·         Should not undermine or derogate similar products from other companies.
• ·         Can not lie, must be what it is.
• ·         Ads should be made with regard to grammar, ethics, courtesy, target markets, and so on.

How to Budget Your Money

         Making a budget is something that is needed by someone who can not manage their finances. Usually, people who live alone and learn to live independently find it difficult to budget their money. For that, I have a solution to people who may be confused about how to budget their money.

1. Make a Budget
          For one month, record all your expenses. Record all your needs for 1 month, and not to be missed. Then record how much money you need. Calculate how much money is spent within the given time and find out how much money is left. Creating a budget will encourage you to keep an eye on every money spent.

2. Be honest with yourself about your budget
          Because the money in the budget is your money, so do not lie to yourself about how much you will spend when generating the budget. If you do not know how you spend your money, your budget may take several months to strengthen it.

3. Keep track of your budget overtime

          The hard part of the budget is the cost that you spend can change from month to month. But the good thing is from a budget you make that you can keep track of any changes that give you an accurate picture of the money you use. Setting a budget will open your eyes to how much money you spend. Realize, that those who have understood the function of making a budget are able to adjust themselves in spending and spend their money on beautiful little things. Setting a budget will also teach you that you never know when you are paying for something unexpected. If at any time an unexpected event occurs, then the budget will help you to adjust the finances according to your needs.

How to Living on Your Own

          Many people want to live alone and freely. Someone who want to live alone have many reasons why they want to live alone. There are some people want to live alone because they want to learn independently. There are also living alone due to education factors. That is some reasons that make a person decide to live alone.

          At our own residence, we must learn to do everything without help. Living on your own is not as easy as we imagine. Sometimes what we expect when living alone does not happen easily. For that, someone must know how to living in your own.

          Some things that must be known by someone who just lived alone is learning how to solve problems themselves. When you do not know how to cook, how to wash, and how to tidy up the room, you have to learn it yourself until you can do that.

          The most important thing when you living on your own is how you control your finances. If you can not control your finances, then you will have a big problem. For that, when living alone, make your financial budget in every need, so you will not run out of money. If you can control and save your money, it will easily lead a life when living alone.

          For you who decide to stay alone in the future, make sure you are ready to live alone without others. Do not forget also to learn all the things we can not do, so it feels easy when we live alone without others who help.

How to Decide When Entering College

          College is the desire of many senior high school students who just graduated and want to continue higher education. When they want register in their ideal campus, sometimes they do not know want to choose the majors who they want. So, sometimes a lot of colleger are wrong to choose their majors. Many colleger who work are not in line with their majors in college. Eventualy, the cost, time, and energy they spend for college is a waste.

          Deciding the majors in college is a simple thing. Majors must be in accordance with the work we will do in the future. Majors and work are closely related. If someone has dreams for working as a manager, then at the time of college, management is the right direction. If you want to work as a building designer, architecture is the right direction. If there is no work we want to do in the future, then do not be afraid. Majors can also be tailored to the hobby that we have. If our hobby is designing images or animations, then the majors we can take are designers. The jobs that can be taken at the time of graduate college is a designer in an animation company or a technology-based company.

          Everything we choose in college is a good thing. Choosing the majors must be in accordance with our abilities and hobbies. For that, before deciding which majors will be taken, trust yourself that the majors taken is the right direction. If someone choose the wrong majors, then the risk is the ability to be received will not fit with our work later. There is a quote from the words of Simon Sinek, a millenials generation expert:

We know many people use ads to promote the products they sell. Do we know what the purpose of advertising is? Yes, advertising aims to convey information to the public in the form of print media or electronic media. But more ads viewed by the public are ads that exist in electronic media such as television or social media. Advertising is very important in introducing our products. How advertising ads introduce our products can also affect consumer interest in the products we sell. Because technology is getting more advanced, there will be a lot of inter-company product competition. Therefore, advertising must be creative and interesting.

I have collected several ads from several sources such as print media and tv ads, online ads, and commercial. There are many differences and uniqueness in each ad there. There is have ads with simple words, and also have ads with full of words. Some ads also use images that can catch the public's attention. All ads use their uniqueness to attract the attention of the consumer. Sometimes there is a funny thing on the ads that are also the attention of consumers. Ad vertising should strive to introduce products to consumers, so that consumers can know the purpose and benefits of the products we sell.

Like some ads I collect, there are have some ads that I like, but there are also have ads i dislikes. The ads I like are ads that give consumers something positive, like environmental pollution ads and Aqua ads. Advertising should be simple but give a lot of meaning to the consumer. The appearance must be attractive so that consumers are interested in the products offered in the ad. And of course there are ads I do not like. The ads provide good and positive information, but the products sold can harm consumers. Sometimes many consumers do not know the impact of the products they consume, so they continue to consume because it is affected by the existing ads.

For that, we as consumers must be smart and selective in choosing the products we want to consume. Do not be easily influenced to the product ads we see. Do not make a decision right away without finding out the purpose, quality and benefits of the product in advertising. If we are easily affected by the ads we see, then we will easily be fooled and deceived. For that, be a "SMART" and "SELECTIVE" consumer.

Ideal Company and Ideal Boss

Every year, many people searching for have a job. When they search for a job, they will also choose a good company as they wishes. Good and comfortable company, will make us work well and comfortable too. So, it is very important for us to find a company like our expectations. Someone certainly has the ideal company and also the ideal boss. Here, we will describe some ideal companies and ideal boss like our wishes.

     A.  IDEAL COMPANY

    v The five most important:

1.      Gives six months’paid maternity leave and one month paid paternity leave

            Pregnant female worker has the right to apply for maternity leave. The worker may provide verbal or written notices to management who say that she will have her child in the near future. When women workers are on maternity leave, companies still pay a salary to pregnant women workers even though they are on maternity leave

2.      Gives equal pay to women and men

Salary is something that is given to workers for having worked for a company. However, there are companies that do not provide a fair salary between women and men. So, the company must give a fair salary to all employees according to their work.

3.      Has opportunities for promotion and personal development

The company needs a worker who has good potential and quality. For that, the workers need the opportunity to for promotion and personal developmentin order to continue to improve their abilities. So, the worker will develop and promote the quality of work within the company. 

4.      Award bonuses and gives fringe benefits to employees

The ideal company will provide bonuses to workers who have been successful in helping develop and advance the productivity of the company. The bonus can be either an additional salary or a gift, like a car, house, or holiday ticket. Ideal companies also gives fringe benefits to employees.

5.      Provides at least six weeks’ training a year

The company must give provide training time for employees, so that they can do their jobs properly and in accordance with company procedures. This training is very important for the workers because they can know what to do in their work and can work the maximum without making mistakes.

1.      Has a female CEO

CEO within the company, men or women have the same job of leading the company. It is not important the CEO is men or women, they still have to be firm and disciplined in carrying out their jobs.

2.      Has a good quality canteen

Having a quality canteen at the company will be fun for the workers. But, it does not  a matter, because many workers likes to find food outside the company. They like to spend time outside than inside the company.

3.      Has a creche facility

A worker who have child may not be taken  their child to the company where their works. It will interfere with the work to be done. If someone takes their child to the company, then the worker does not fully do his job because they has to take care of their child as well. So it is not important for the company to has a creche facility.

4.      Allows women with three children to retire at 55

Female workers who have three or more children definitely have a desire for early retirement. It causes some women to retire at the age of 55 years. However, this is also determined by the company. But not all women workers want to retire early. Therefore, enabling women with three children to retire at age 55 may not be so important.

5.      Has a gym and sport facilities

Has a gym and sports facilities in the company is very fun and can be a place of entertainment for workers. At rest, they can exercise to relieve their stress during work. It can also make workers happy and able to work more excited. But gym and sports facilities do not become important because sometimes workers do not have much time to do sports.

     B.  IDEAL BOSS

          1.      Allow Me to Make Personal Calls at Work and Reads my E-mails

My ideal boss always communicates between himself and his employees. I believe communication personally as well as by phone and email is essential to a successful relationship between a boss and his employees. I hope my boss always read my e-mail who that i sent to him. Although he did not reply my e-mail, at least he appreciated me by reading my email.

          2.      Take Me Out to Dinner and Bring Coffee

To get a good relationship between the boss and employees, usually boss invites employees to eat or drink together once a month or every week. Therefore, I want the boss to pay attention to me by taking me out to dinner. Dinner together can make me and the boss build a good relationship. Or the boss can give coffee for me to be passionate about working.

          3.      Send Me On Trips

Some bosses within the company usually hardly ever send their employees on trips. I want my boss always invite his employees on trips. This trip can also be a boss gift to employees for their work. I hope the my boss can make plans to get his employees on trip twice a year.

          4.      Let Me Leave Early Jobs

When I have important things out of work, I want my boss to allow me to get out of work faster. Sometimes, my boss often angry to his employees when their get out of work faster. I want my boss not to be angry or maybe never angry to me when I leave work first, and kindly give me permission.

          5.      Say Thank You and Praise Me

When I do something mutually beneficial, I want my boss to say thank you for the hard work I have done. I will feel happy for what I have done for the company. I also want my boss to praise me for my work.

6.      Leave Me To Get On With My Work

          When employees are always supervised by the boss every day, employees will feel scared and do not concentrate while doing the job. Employees do not feel calm and can not work casually. For that, I want my boss trusts me to do the job so my boss does not have to always supervise of me. The boss is obliged to supervise his employees, but it would be better if the boss does not often do it. I need and i hope that my boss leave me to get on with my work. 

7.      Lets Me Work From Home

    Employees usually have problems outside of work so that they can not do the job in the company. It can be a problem should keep the child, repairing damage to the house, or must keep a sick family. Then I hope that my boss is a good person when I want to work from home. Employees need permission and opportunity from the boss to be able to work from home without having to go to the office.
